Our recommendations are made in good faith based on the information available to us at the time.
Effective advisory work depends on timely, accurate information from the client. You agree to provide reasonable access to relevant systems, personnel, and documentation needed for us to perform our services, and to communicate material changes to your environment or business that may affect our recommendations.
NexTier operates as an independent contractor, not as an employee, partner, or agent of any client, except as separately and explicitly agreed in writing.
We treat client information shared with us in the course of an engagement as confidential, and use it solely to provide the services requested. Specific confidentiality terms for a given engagement may be further defined in a separate agreement or NDA.
The content, design, and materials on this website are the property of NexTier Technologies, LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission. Deliverables created specifically for a client as part of a paid engagement are governed by the terms of that engagement's written agreement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NexTier Technologies, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our services, beyond the fees paid for the specific engagement in question.
We may recommend, evaluate, or help implement third-party software, platforms, or vendors as part of our advisory work. NexTier is not responsible for the performance, security, or terms of service of any third-party product or vendor.
